Dr. Kyounggon Kim is a Practicum Mentor of Cybersecurity Program at SMIT and BoB program at KITRI. Dr. Kim is currently an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics at Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS), where he is also a founding member of the Center of Excellence in Cybercrime and Digital Forensics (CoECDF). Over his 15+ year career, he has conducted penetration testing for more than 130 clients across various industries—including finance, energy, and consumer sectors—while working at Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and boutique consulting firms. He has published numerous high-impact research papers in Q1-ranked journals with over 1,000 citations.
